Where do I edit my mortgage payment?

Question

I recall that I used to be able to go to the mortgage register and the options to edit the payment would be at the top.  It's no longer there.

I don't see any loan options on the menus.

Where do I do this?

I ran a search and replace to move the split transactions into the new loan account.

I think something happened to my loan accounts when I started a new file a while ago.  I tried creating a new mortgage account and now I'm seeing the loan tools.
