UPDATE! 12/17/24 PayPal Credit, MasterCard, and Crypto CC-501, “Sorry..not your fault", FDP-103
Our teams have discovered that users may encounter the following errors when attempting to connect credit card accounts in Quicken:
- Quicken for Windows: CC-501 with the message: “Sorry, we encountered an error. (It’s not your fault.)”
- Quicken for Mac: FDP-103.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
