Genisys just released new banking software

I can no longer bring my CD accounts to Quicken since the software change at Genisys Credit Union. They all come over at 0$ balance. Windows 11. Has this been reported?

    I haven't previously seen it reported here. Have you reported it to Q (this is a user forum, not Q Support) via HELP, Report a Problem?

    BTW, if Genisys didn't previously inform Q/Intuit of the change (as required by the contract between them), you might have to wait a while. Changes to the interface between Q/Intuit and the FIs are taken on a "First Come - First Served" basis.

    In the interim, you might see if you can download Web Connect .QFX files from the Genisys website and import (File menu) them into Quicken. It isn't as convenient, but if it is available, it will keep your data up-to-date until it gets resolved.
