Can I memorize some transactions and not others?

The way I have my Quicken configured (mostly defaults), memorized payees fill in the category as well as the Tag and Memo fields. That's OK for some payees (such as utilities) where the category and/or Tag/memo fields never change. But for others, such as Amazon, every purchase can be unique in those fields. How do I configure Quicken to memorize SOME payees, but never memorize others?

    In Memorized Payees:

    • Click on the applicable Payee
    • On the right side of that line click on the Edit button.
    • Clear the Category, the Tag, the Memo and the Amount fields.
    • Check the box for "Never auto-categorize this payee…."
    • Check the box for "Lock and leave this Payee unchanged…."
    • Click the OK button.

This should stop Quicken from auto populating those fields (other than for the downloaded dollar amount).
