My issue is similar to the above but not exactly. My portfolio shows incorrect number of shares plus the Lot size adds 100 shares to the actual transaction. I also checked security details by clicking on the security name in the portfolio and it reflects 50 shares which is correct. Why is portfolio showing 150 shares? So frustrating!
I completed a "validate/ repair" and deleted the original transaction and entered it again. The error remained. Obviously, I would like my portfolio view to reflect the actual number of shares.

SCHB split 3:1 on 10/10/24. That explains the difference in share count for the 7/24/23 lot. I would have to see the column headings in your Portfolio view to know if the other numbers there make sense. Today's closing price was $23.55 so that explains the $3,532.50.
Check to see what transactions were downloaded around the split date. There should be one StkSplit and no Added transaction. My guess would be that you have an Added for 100 or more shares at zero cost basis.
It appears that you have other lots of this ETF that add up to the 562.5357 shares. If they are in other accounts, you may need to correct the splits for them also.
Since your issue is somewhat different for the original one discussed here, I have asked a Moderator to split this and my response into a separate discussion.
