Unable to Link PennyMac Account to Existing Quicken Account
Overjoyed today to find that this issue is resolved which I reported here.
I'm now able to connect to my PennyMac account but am unable to link to my existing Quicken account which I've been updating manually since May. It seems the only option I have is to create a new Quicken account.
In my existing Quicken account there is no Online Services tab in the Account Details dialog. During the Add Account process there is no option to Link to an existing account (see pic).
Is this the expected behavior?

Hello @MSStateDawg,
Would you mind posting a screenshot of what you see when you navigate to Account Details? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.
Thanks!

Hello @MSStateDawg,
Unfortunately, loans cannot be linked in Quicken. This is by design and this behavior is expected. I suggest adding the account as new and then hiding/deleting the other account so that it will not mess with your Net Worth. If you choose to hide it, you will still have the history of the account.
I hope this clears things up!

@Quicken Jasmine I think the issue here is that we all had this feature available to us and have been using it for years. Then it broke, and now it's "fixed" but the fix requires us to abandon the account we have in Quicken and create a new PennyMac account in Quicken in order to get the connection to work again. Will this be fixed in a way that we can continue to use the same accounts that we have been using for years and enable the fix on the existing accounts rather than having to create a new account in Quicken to get the download feature to work properly again?
It seems almost all other related posts on this topic have been closed, but I don't see that Quicken has provided any information to us on the resolution. Without people like @MSStateDawg staying on top of this and continuing to investigate and report back, your customers are left blind to the issue resolution or steps necessary to fully resolve the issue. If I've missed something in terms of information or documentation on the "fix" please point me in the right direction.
Thank you.

It helped me understand why it fails, but still feel linking to an existing loan account in Quicken should be an available feature.
