OneAmerica Issue
Is there a OneAmerica connection issue. I could connect 3 days ago, but have not been able to for the last 24 hours.
Windows 10
Quicken Classic Premier Quicken Version R60.15
Just see a quick message that "An Error has Occurred". No Error Message
Found an Error Code = -1000 in ConnLog.txt

If you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to connect with OneAmerica? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Sometime over the weekend the issue appears to have been corrected. Because I could download transactions from OneAmerica 401k.

Which of the OneAmerica selections did you use to add your account?
Curious. I am not having any luck choosing OneAmerica.

@bill.gartland Thanks for the update! I'm glad to hear that the issue has self-resolved for you. Could you please share which instance in the financial institution list you are connected to as it may help others experiencing issues?
@leishirsute The error you are receiving, did you only receive that with the OneAmerica instance? Or have you tried all 3 instances already and got the same error? Also, have you tried reaching out to the financial institution directly to see if they could tell you which one the proper instance is to use? Sometimes they know based on your account type(s).

@Quicken Anja I just tried the OneAmerica instance, because that's the www.oneamerica.com url is the regular website I log into. The other instances use a http://oaretirement.com/ link which is not the website I use to log in and when I try to use those websites I get invalid login.

Just to be clear, is this a new account you're trying to get added to Quicken, or are you trying to reconnect an already existing account?

Hello again @leishirsute,
After looking further into this, I noticed that instead of a password, it asks for a PIN to log in (see below).
Does it also require a PIN to log in on their website to access your accounts? The reason I ask is that sometimes financial institutions will require a PIN specifically to use Direct Connect with Quicken for which you would need to contact the financial institution first so they can enroll you and provide you with that. So, I am wondering if this is the case with Oneamerica.

@Quicken Anja Good catch. The login must be for a different OneAmerica service. My login at OneAmerica requires a Password and 2FA. So, not a real problem for my login situation.

@leishirsute In that case, I suggest reaching out to Oneamerica directly to ask if they support online connectivity with Quicken for the account type that you have and if so, what would be the right instance to use as well as if they require anything to be done on their end first for it to connect.
