Reconciling Bank Statement

Classic Windows Version R60.15, Build 27.1.60.15 - Windows 11

Download statement from bank, check transactions in register, they are marked as cleared "c". When I click finish it no longer changes the cleared transactions to reconciled "R". I have to manually change them. It used to work fine. I can think of nothing that changed that would have caused this. This is a bank credit card. Other statements from the same bank work fine.
