I have Quicken classic. Unable to update accounts since this morning. Dashboard says on Homepage that it was updated with the date and time (this morning)., but the accounts do not update. One Step Update is behaving as expected, but no update happens on the accounts. Have restarted computer.I have deactivated and reactivated accounts. Signed out of Quicken ID and signed back on. Will I have to do a full reinstall?

Are these accounts all at one financial institution, or various financial institutions?

If all the accounts are held at one institution I could image that some problem at the "front end" of the download - either the FI itself or at the aggregator (Intuit) - could be causing the problem even if no error code is showing up (which I assume to be the case). In that case I'd probably wait a day or two to see if it clears up. If it doesn't then Official Quicken Support should be contacted.

If you have various financial institutions in your file then, again, I'd probably give it one day to see if the situation changes and if it doesn't then the problem might be "local to you" (maybe some file corruption) and try a Validate & Repair.

Having a problem with the program itself is a pretty remote possibility unless you have had some event like I power outage, voltage spike or something that would lead you to suspect that the program has been corrupted.

This is happening on all financial institutions. I validated the file, no errors. I will wait a day or two as Tom Young suggests. Luckily I back up my file every time I close it and will be able to start a new file if necessary.

Your data file appears to be corrupt. Are you attempting to acess a data file in a server syncing path? Copy and paste the path to your data file here.

You say OSU behaves as expected. Did it complete? Does it display any error messages for any of the accounts? If there's nothing new to download, the FI should display "1 account updated, 0 new transactions". Of course if you have more than 1 account at the FI, the number will differ.
