Selection Window - Unable to Select an Entry

When you open a selection window, the window opens with blue background. In previous versions only one line was blue and you were able to select a line (say a security or a category) using the up and down arrow keys.

    I did a "Validate and Repair File…." and that seems to have resolved the issue.
