    Hello @Succulent4182,

I took the liberty of reviewing your account and can see that internally you are receiving a Account Mismatch error.

Are you seeing any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) on your end when trying to connect that you could provide us with here, please?

Check back and let us know! Thank you.

Tried it again and it seems to be working now. At least checking…

Any idea if/when saving and invest will be available?

The FIDIR (Financial Institutions Directory), which lists all financial institutions that support Quicken, which types of accounts they support and which connection methods they support, shows the following for Acorns:

    68589 68589 68589 Acorns https://www.acorns.com/ N/A https://www.acorns.com/ ACTIVE BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT NOT_QBP NA

What this means is that Acorns supports only Banking accounts (i.e., checking, savings, etc.) for downloading via Express Web Connect (or Express Web Connect+). However, it make no reference to Investment accounts which means that you will not be able to import your investment accounts data into Quicken using One Step Update or Update Now.

CHECKING / SAVINGS: If you are able to download your checking account now then I would think you should also be able to download your savings account now. What you might want to do:

    1. Enter and save the Opening Balance transaction dollar amount into the Memo field of that transaction. Do this for both accounts.
    2. Back up your data file.
    3. Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Edit Account Details > Online Services tab > Deactivate > OK. Do this for both accounts.
    4. After both accounts have been deactivated: Do Add Account for Acorns making sure to LINK the downloaded data to the accounts that you already have in Quicken.
    5. Check your account balances. If they are incorrect, check the Opening Balance transaction. If the dollar amount does not match what you previously entered/saved into the Memo field, correct it to match what in in the Memo field.
    6. If the account balances are still incorrect: Scroll through the register to see if there are any duplicate transactions. If any are found, delete one and retain the other. If there are duplicate transactions, they will generally be present within the most recent 90 days window.

Did this allow you to get both your checking and savings accounts downloading now?

INVESTMENTS: Since Acorns does not support downloading of Investments account data, your options are limited to one or more of the following:

    • Manually enter transactions data.
    • You can still download securities quotes provided they are publicly listed in one of the major exchanges. Otherwise they will need to be manually entered. This can be set up by checking the box for each security in the Download Quotes column of Security List.
    • If Acorn supports downloading of investment accounts transactions in Excel, CSV, OFX and/or QIF formatted files: You can try doing that and then use a file conversion program that might be able to convert the files into a QIF formatted file that Quicken can then import. There is a free one available that you can read up on and download from https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/ . It was developed by a long time Quicken user and very active member of this Community. Others have posted that it works well.
