Regarding (Ticket #11412545/CTP-11394) Incorrect CHASE balances
When will this issue be resolved? Should I stop Reconciling my account until issue is resolved? The issue is that the account balance is adding in Pending Balances, thus the chase online balance is showing incorrectly. It is a known issue but the last update was 12/11/2024.

@akydd There's an easy workaround until the Chase issue gets permanently resolved: instead of reconciling to the online balance, select to reconcile to the statement balance. If you're reconciling to an actual bank statement, you have the balance in front of you; if you're doing some interim reconciliation, obtain the balance from the financial institution's website, enter it on the start reconciliation screen, and you're on your way.
