Portfolio value graph - display problem

Currently using Quicken Classic (Canadian version) for Windows. My setup includes a laptop display and larger external monitor. After updating to Release R60.18, I am experiencing problems with portfolio value graph. When you hover over each month's bar in the graph, the portfolio value should pop up and display. Instead, the value data and portions of the bar appear on the other display. Technical support was not able to solve the problem. Anyone else experience this issue?
