Crypto aren't updating on the web with Sync

Crypto prices update on my Quicken Classic Deluxe version but Sync is not updating them to the web or my phone app. If I manually change a crypto price, that DOES get updated to the web and app. I recently changed my symbols for crypto to the correct name (like ^BTCUSD) so the new pricing would load when I did updates. That part works great but the new prices don't show in the web or app. I did reset all my data with Sync and that got new prices, but they never updated after that.

Where is the Crypto held in real life? What kind of account holds it in Q?

I use brokerage accounts in Quicken for crypto holdings (Coinbase, wallets, etc.). They're set up manually and I don't download any info directly from them. Quicken added the ability to download pricing for certain cryptocurrencies by using the ^ and crypto symbol, along with USD (for US Dollar). I can click Update on my Investing screen and most of the prices update (some memecoins aren't recognized by Quicken). But when I go to my app or on the web, the new prices aren't there. I used to type in the prices manually and those update to the web/app correctly. They still do, but I don't want to re-type each price now that I can download them.
