Show two different reports side by side in one window simultaneously

I'm using Quicken Windows, Rel 60.15, build 27.1.60.15 in Windows 11

I want to see two different reports, side by side for easy comparison, on one screen. Today I can see either report but not in the same window simultaneously. I can only view one report at a time. This is possible in Windows 11 but I can't seem to do it in Quicken. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

What two reports are you trying to open? For me, the reports open on top of each other and you can drag and drop the visible one to reveal the one behind.

Do you have an unusual configuration - two monitors, 4k or low resolution monitor, Large Fonts option selected, or something?

[adding] Please check the setting at Edit > Preferences > Setup > Automatically minimize pop-up windows. If that is checked, only one pop-up can be active at a time, and the other will be minimized at the bottom of the Quicken window. Un-checking it should allow you to see both reports at the same time.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'in the same window".

Are you trying to have two copies of Quicken or two data files open at the same time? Quicken does not support that.

Also only one Investing > Portfolio view can be open at a time.

But if you want to have two reports from the Reports menu or the Reports and Graphs Center open at the same time, that certainly works for me. Each report will open in its own window, within the main Quicken window. You can resize the report windows to fit side by side.

Please explain what you are trying to do if I am missing something.

    Hey Jim

    you stated,

….if you want to have two reports from the Reports menu or the Reports and Graphs Center open at the same time, that certainly works for me. Each report will open in its own window, within the main Quicken window. You can resize the report windows to fit side by side.

That is exactly what I'm trying to do. I do get both reports but when I click on one, the other closes. I cannot get both to open on the main screen together.

Try Edit > Preferences > Setup and un-check "Automatically minimize pop-up windows."

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.
