Transactions not appearing in Register after updating Quicken to R60.15

Updated Quicken to R60.15. When QDATA file is opened after updating, no transactions appear in register. When restoring from a backup, the restored file displays the transactions in the register after restore. But when Quicken is exited and the restored file is reopened, there are no transactions displayed in the register. Plus totals for the accounts are not correct. Computer is on Windows 10 Home

    What kind of account? Only one account, or multiple?

    IF an Investment account, is "Simple" transaction tracking turned on? TOOLS, Account List, click EDIT adjacent to the offending account and look in the lower left corner for "Tracking Method".

    If NOT an Investment account, is it filtered? Try clicking the RESET button above the register.

    These are not investment accounts. They are Credit Union Savings and Checking accounts and credit card accounts. Filter is All Dates, Any Type, All Transactions. I don't see a RESET button above the register.

    I got some transactions to show but no transactions for 2024 and only a few for 2023. I can't tell if earlier years have all transaction or only a subset. I do see the RESET button appear periodically when I am trying different filters such a Payment or Deposit filters but the RESET button makes transactions disappear. If I scroll with the scroll bar on right (not sure what this is called) it eventually shows a date of 0/0/1900 which obviously is not correct.
