Balance column incorrect

For some reason the balance column does not reflect the correct balance YTD as it used to, how do I get it back to normal?

@Joe duncan If you're referring to Quicken for Mac, when the Balance column isn't showing correct values, it's usually because the register isn't sorted by Date. Click on the Date heading in the register and see if that fixes your problem. If not, please provide more information about what you're seeing.
