Fidelity not downloading transactions (no error message)
My last transaction downloaded was December 20. I have had multiple transactions from December 23 to December 31 that are not downloading. I did a validate and super validate with the same results. After digging through the forum a bit, I also tried signing out of my Quicken account and signing back in. That did not resolve either.
I did submit using "Report a Problem".
I should note that my prices are getting updated (even 401k that are not public), but transactions are not getting downloaded from either fidelity investments or fidelity netbenefits.

I'm a Fidelity customer also …. and I've had almost 60 transactions download since 12/20/24. SO, I suspect that it's something specific to your Q data file.
When you do TOOLS, Account List what shows in the "Transaction Download" column adjacent to your Fidelity accounts? What shows in the "Financial Institution" column? If these columns aren't visible, they can be added via the Options button at the bottom of the dialog.
What types of accounts are these? Retail investments (taxable)? Retirement (if so, what kind)? NetBenefits?
At the top of your Fidelity accounts (excluding any "Show Cash in a checking account" types) what shows as the "Last Downloaded" info under the account name?
Unless the info for all of your Fidelity accounts is identical, please respond on an account-by-account basis.

for sure something with my file. I missed doing the copy step and that seems to have resolved it. I had to reset all my online connections.
