How to view cash accounts on Quicken on the Web?

I've set up a number of accounts in Quicken which are used for petty cash. I set these up using the "Other Assets & Liabilities" tab and then selected "Cash on Hand".

When I look under "Accounts for Mobile & Web" none of the accounts are shown. How can I get these to sync online so I can access them when I'm away from my desktop?

Where do these Petty Cash accounts show up in the Account Sidebar? Together with your personal checking accounts in the top subgroup? Or elsewhere because you changed Account Intent from Spending to something else?
Have you marked these accounts as Hidden or as Business accounts?

Not using Quicken on the Web myself, I don't know which types of accounts are eligible for Sync to the Web or Smartphone, but regular personal Spending accounts should appear.

On the General tab of Account Details: What does it show for the Account Type?

On the Display Options tab of Account Details: What does it show for the Account Intent?

Under "Account Type" they show as "Cash".

For "Account Intent" they show as "Spending".

My regular bank accounts show as "Checking" and "Spending" but they don't show in the list of accounts to sync under "Accounts for Mobile & Web" either.

In fact no accounts show as available to sync.

I went in a test file and created a cash on hand the way you described and it shows up fine for me under the eligible accounts.

Make sure you have clicked on the mobile tab and then the eligible account list

    I see you mentioned

"no accounts show as available to sync."

If that is true, you may need to reset cloud completely and or disable SYNC and reset SYNC up.

It sounds like it should be available according to below BUT if not, you may need to try creating another account differently that fits an eligible account type below:

Why can't I use all of my accounts with Quicken for mobile?

Only these Quicken accounts can be synced with your mobile device and used for alerts —checking, savings, cash, investing and credit card. Foreign currency (non-U.S. Dollar) accounts cannot be used with Quicken for mobile at this time.

Note: For investing accounts, only the accounts and their balances are synced. Transactions are not synced as of now.
