Online Bills?

Please be patient with me, I'm new to this.

The tutorial shows adding online bills but in the app for me it only shows the Manual Bill option. How do I add Rogers, etc. as online bills?

    Online Bills is not supported for Canadians. Online Bills is a USA only feature.
