After updating to this latest build some of my brokerage accounts do not update correctly and display errors in account balances. Anyone else experiencing this?
@WUshock79 Please elaborate upon "not update correctly". Is the number of shares/units incorrect? The quotes for those holdings? What?
Also, what investment firm holds these and how do you download from them? Do TOOLS, Account List and look in the "Financial Institution" and "Transaction Download" columns for this info.
What, if any, error codes or messages are you getting?
Thanx for the response NotACPA. It was an error on my part & I managed to get it resolved.
Does this update give access to Home Inventory Manager. I didn't ever use it and don't see it in Quicken menu.
@retird
Yes it does. It fixed the link to access QHI. You should be able to access it by clicking on Property & Debt on the Toolbar - go down to Home Inventory Manager and click it. Customizing the Toolbar will put the link on it. Right click Toolbar to open Customize Toolbar
But if you have not already see this for more instructions.

R60.20 fix
VersionR60.20 HF3(Jan, 2025)
• FIXED The link to Home Inventory Manager was broken. Note: Home Inventory Manager is a discontinued and unsupported application. If it stops working in the future, no further updates will be provided.
•FIXED Issue causing crashes in some instances.
The only problem I found is when you have QHI open and make any changes you then need to update Quicken I get a communications error.
Maybe when the manual patch shows up and I apply it, it will fix this problem.
I’ve upgraded to 60.20 and the Home Inventory link still does not show up nor is it listed as an option to add on the toolbar customization screen. Any ideas?
@rjgrichmond
On the Toolbar click Property & Debit - click on Home Inventory. See if that adds QHI to Quicken. If not, try this.
With Quicken closed Look for QHI.EXE - on my Windows 11 it is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken Right click to get to Properties and make it Run as Administrator (under the Compatibility tab) - click OK Now double click it to run.
See if that works.
