Interval on some reports not correct

I have Quicken Classic Premier, version R60.20, build 27.160.20. I have two issues that showed up on the Net Worth report.

  1. The interval I select for the report is not the one that displays on the report. If I select "Month" the report will display the results by half-month. If I select "Quarter" the results are by month. This is also an issue with the Cash Balance report.
  2. I set up a recurring credit card charge with an organization I support. The charge posts to Quicken as "Qgy Shepherd Hope". On the Net Worth report detail the charges show in the account balance but on the first (summary) page it's not in the balance. Everything was setup correctly on the report so I tried changing the payee description to "Shepherd Hope" and this solved the problem. I need to know why having a payee description that starts with Qgy is a problem with the program in case it happens with another payee?

    In the account where that transaction posts, try clicking on the Gear icon in the upper right corner, click on Register Columns and checking "Downloaded Payee". What now shows for those Qgy transactions?

    Also, have you looked into whether you've got an erroneous Renaming Rule?
