Debt Reduction Planner - Credit Card Interest Rates

It would be nice to be able to note whether you have a promotional interest rate and when it will end in the planner as that will affect the required minimum payment for that period of time. Currently, you can't reduce the minimum payment below the calculated value with the preset interest rate.
