PNC Bank not downloading electronic deposits

What appeared to be random is actually only electronic (Zelle or EFT) deposits that are not being downloaded. Is this a known problem?

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with missing transactions. When did this first start? Which connection method are you using with PNC? If you're not certain, you can check by going to Tools>Account List, clicking the Edit button next to the problem account, then navigating to the Online Services tab.
