ONGOING! 9/2/24 PNC Bank-Web Connect - Missing Register Transactions
We have received reports of PNC Bank not being able to download transactions. We believe that the cause of this issue can be due to converting to Express Web Connect + (Quicken for Windows)/Quicken Connect (Quicken for Mac) late, or the authentication token issued by the financial institution being expired.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Backup your file, then deactivate all the accounts associated with PNC Bank-Web Connect.
- Navigate to PNC Bank's website, look for third-party apps, and unlink Quicken.
- After unlinking accounts, return to Quicken and attempt to Add the PNC accounts using the "+" button.
- Carefully relink your PNC Bank accounts with the corresponding Quicken accounts.
