Web Connect no longer skips already matched transactions - what gives?

For the last few weeks, when I import transactions through Web Connect, Quicken is no longer dropping those transactions which have already been imported and matched. If I accept a transaction already matched, I end up with a duplicate which of course throws off the totals. Needless to say, this makes my regular bank downloads very tedious.
I've seen the same behaviour on my TD Bank accounts as well as a BMO Mastercard account, so it's clearly not some change the bank has made. It seems to have started with the most recent update to 60.18 (build 27.1.60.18 Canada).
Anyone know how I can fix this?

I am not experiencing the issue you have described downloading transactions for my BMO Mastercard (or my banking transactions from RBC) using Web Connect and I'm running R60.18.
I suggest that you contact Quicken Support for this issue as there are several trouble shooting steps that might be required.
I will suggest that the recent upgrade to R60.18 is likely pure coincidence. More likely something else has gone wrong.

I'll have to call them I guess. I filed a bug through their system, but that seems to be a one way communication these days.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Filing a problem report can be useful and I do recommend doing it; however, Quicken does not reply/respond to those problem reports - ever… now or before. Those problem reports do NOT open a support case. They made lead to an internal problem ticket, but not an external support case.
My hypothesis is that your issue is not a bug, but something has gone wrong with your file or your connections. Hence, the recommendation to work with support via phone or chat.
Please post updates here as you work through this issue!
