Only imported part of file from bank

I tried to download my transactions for last year that had not been downloaded. I noticed the download format options had changed. I previously used Quicken WebConnect, but it is no longer there. I now have Comma delimited, Quicken/Quickbooks, Microsoft Money, Legacy QIF and Legacy QIF2, or BA1. I chose the Quicken and it downloaded with a QBO file. When I tried to import it through Quicken, it opened up the download file on my computer, but the file was not there. I have a brand new computer using the newest Windows. My Quicken is subscription based. I tried searching for the file and it does not show up anywhere. When I tried downloading it, I right clicked and asked to show me the file location and it comes up in the download file! How do I get the QBO into the Quicken file? What am I doing wrong. Part of the transactions appeared in Quicken but I am missing Dec 31, 2023, Jan 2024, Feb 2024, and only up to Feb 12th.

A QBO file is a Quickbooks, not Quicken, file format. I'm surprised the Quicken could interpret any of it.
So, what bank? And, can you request, at the website, to download those specific time periods individually?

Yes I can select those period of time individually. I use Centennial Bank (Happy Bank branch)

There's 2 banks named Centennial if FIDIR.TXT, which documents the connections to Q. There's also a "Happy Bank".
SO, when you do TOOLS, Account List and click EDIT adjacent to the account name, what show's in the "Financial Institution" column? If that column isn't visible, it can be turned on via the OPTIONS button within the dialog.
