Apple CC

Question

I have been trying to add my Apple CC to Quicken using the offline account option. I've read that Apple will not update to Quicken. However, I add the account name, then the ending date of last statement, and then 0.00 to reflect the current zero balance. When I click "Next" nothing happens. It will not advance to a new screen or give any error messages. It seems to stick there. I've tried multiple times and restarted the program and my laptop. No resolution. Please help. Thank you.

Thank you for providing more information.

This could be an issue with your data file due to what you described. I invite you to review the instructions below. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding.

Validate:

* File
* Validate and Repair File...
* Validate File
* Click OK

* Close the Data Log
* Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
* Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, proceed to Super Validate. If the issue is resolved after performing validation, then please disregard the instructions to Super Validate.

Super Validate:

* File
* Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
* Super Validate File
* Click OK

* Close the Data Log
* Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
* Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
