Since the thread you’re referring to is from 2023, we are unable to reopen it due to the amount of time that has passed. The issue would now be treated as a new one. However, please feel free to link the thread for reference if it contains helpful context.
To assist you better, could you please provide more details about the skipped reminders/scheduled transactions you’re experiencing? Specifically—Is this happening with all reminders or just specific ones? How frequently does the issue occur? When did you first notice this problem?
If possible, including screenshots to show examples would also be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Additionally, could you let us know where your data file is stored? Is it saved in a folder on your local hard drive (C: drive) or in a cloud-based/external drive (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, USB, etc.)? Do you sync your data file to the Quicken Cloud to use Quicken on the Web or the Mobile app?
Please check back and let us know! Thank you.
