The updates were working well for my accounts at 'Pentagon FCU" for a while but I've been getting the CC-502 for a month. A week ago, I discussed with Quicken Support and did a problem report but still get the error today.
I deactivated online services for all open PenFed accounts. Afterwards I saw that my PenFed BillPay account is still active. And on the Account List, I saw that "Pentagon FCU" was still showing. Using Edit, I was able to delete the Financial Institution from the General Tab for some but not all of the accounts. Why are some 'locked?"
Using the Account List, Show Hidden Accounts, I verified all closed accounts were not linked to PenFed.
I began doing the Online Setup. Accounts with 'Pentagon FCU' had the CC-502 error.
For the accounts where I deleted the institution, when Adding New Account, I see two institutions: Pentagon Federal Credit Union and Pentagon FCU. What's the difference?
However, using either institution, I still get the CC-502.
