New invoice module in Quicken Mac business and personal

It's great to see this added and well implemented.

Q - is it possible when setting up an invoice for my business name to be different from the actual name set up in Quicken.

An example would be if wanting to reflect a DBA name on the invoice or if the full business name is longer than what is set up in Quicken?

Thanks.

Unfortunately, not possible. I can see this as fairly common wish, where you want the registered business name on reports but the DBA or shortened name on invoices.

You can add a suggestion for that (give a detailed example so others will understand and be more likely to vote for the request) in the Product Ideas forum. A little odd finding it… as it is a top-level (neither Mac nor Win) forum… but when you start a new idea discussion, you then choose the platform… QMac Business….Tools in this case:

Hello @Paul1 and @MontanaKarl! The option to choose how to display the business name and what other information to include on the invoice, as opposed to what is on the business entity record, is on the roadmap. This option will be added to Quicken Ma Business & Personal later this year.

    Thank you!
