Quicken Investment Securities Value Is Wrong

Hello, I recently link my Fidelity Investment Account to my Quicken with auto update enabled. My total market value for this account is not correct. The Securities Value is not correct but the cash balance is correct. I have verified all transaction are accurate in my register. I preformed a "recalc" in my investment transactions by doing a [Ctrl+Shift+Z]. No fix. How do I correct this issue. Please see link below for pics of my issue. Thank You. Scott

I reviewed the pics. They both show the same Cash Balances, they both show the same Total Market Values and they both show the same Total Securities Values.

So, I don't understand the issue. Please provide more details or clarification of what the issue is that you are seeing.

Can you narrow the discrepancy down to a single account? Or a single security?

Have you verified that the quantity of each security held in Q matches what's at Fidelity?

Have you confirmed the Quote for each security?

Have you turned on the ability to view placeholders in the accounts?

In short, what HAVE you done to address this.

And, PLEASE don't post links. You can attach graphics directly within your messages. Graphics, not PDFs, are much easier for those of us who would try to help you.

The two pics are of the same investment account to show the holdings in the account are correct as per the actual Fidelity account. All holdings, cash value and transactions, downloaded from Fidelity to Quicken are correct in my Quicken register. The issue is with the Total Securities Value of the investment account show $7665.71. It should be $2020.13. Quicken is adding $5645.58 to my Total Securities. This amount or transaction can't be located in the investment on Quicken. Why is it

added? My Cash Value has downloaded correctly and is the correct amount. For some reason the Total Securities Value is much more. My total account value should show $3302.40 in my Quicken for this investment account.

Resolve the issue on my own. I needed to preform a Place Holder Card for each transaction to correct comparison mismatches. My investment account in Quicken is now correct

EDIT: Deleted my comment since I was going to take you down the same path that you found on your own. Good to hear you got it resolved.
