Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) Issues

I have been having these same issues trying to update my NFCU accounts for months. After trying the suggested fixes I am not unable to re-link any of my accounts.

The linked discussion is marked closed but shows no resolution. Was this ever solved? Is anyone able to download from NFCU? I have followed all the instructions to disconnect, reconnect, clear cache, etc. and still getting the error.

    Hello @Ody,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When you say you're encountering the same issues, do you mean that when you try to authorize/reauthorize your Navy Federal Credit Union account(s), you see the 500 error on their website? Do you see any error messages/codes in your Quicken?

    If you are experiencing the same issue described in the thread you linked, the resolution from the alert created for that issue was:

    "Some users report that after entering their credentials, they receive a 400 or 500 error message, because of a known issue wherein NFCU is rejecting the connection from Quicken, which is not yet fixed.

    If this happens, users should ensure they are on the latest browser version, or (for Mac users) the latest OS as well.

    If that doesn’t work, the user must contact NFCU directly, as their servers are blocking our connection"
