Trying to add Annuity accounts with MFA

I have two new annuity accounts. I have setup online accounts/logins with each companies website. Each one requires MFA - Text to login. When I try and add account in Quicken it just gives login error and no prompt for MFA. Is it possible to add to Quicken?

    For starters, what financial institution? And what is the error? (Post a screenshot if you can.)
