Elan Financial Visa not downloading

Tried OSU on Elan Visa but will not download transactions. I go the Elan website and there are more than 6 transactions in Nov-Jan that are there but won't download. The account is set up for Express Web Connect. I tried RESET account but Q still cannot find these trasactions. This stopped working in November 2024.

Hello @DRMick,
Thank you for coming to the Community to let us know transactions aren't downloading from Elan Financial Services. When you reset the account, did you encounter any error messages/codes? What happens when you attempt to update the account?
To start troubleshooting this, please follow review this information from this article on missing transactions/transactions not downloading:
1. Has the sort order been changed in the register? Confirm that the Sort Order in your account register is by Date; just click the top of the Date column in your account register. It's likely the transactions are in your register, just not where you thought they'd be.
2. Click the Reset button at the top of the register. This will confirm that there's no filtering in your account register.
3. Are any of these transactions still marked as "pending" on your bank's website? Pending transactions have been authorized by your bank but not cleared and paid from your account yet. Most banks don't allow transactions to download until the transaction clears the bank.
4. Was the missing transaction incorrectly matched to another transaction in the register? This is common with repeating payments made to the same payee for the same amount.
5. Have any transactions been deleted recently? Transactions won't download again after being deleted. If a transaction was deleted in error, you can re-enter it manually (if there's a large group of deleted transactions, it may also be easier to restore a backup).
6. Was the transaction moved from one account register to another? Click on All Transactions in your account bar and search for the missing transaction. If you find the transactions in an incorrect account, you can move the transactions to the correct account: just select the transaction(s), right-click, and select Move transaction(s). Select the correct account and click OK.
7. Was an older backup restored after you accepted the downloaded transaction(s)? The backup file will restore account information up to the date it was created, which may be before the missing transactions were downloaded.
Please let me know how it goes!

For this recent problem, I manually downloaded a .qfx file to add the transactions. I will use the troubleshooting steps next time that account has some transactions.
Thanks

I found the problem. At a previous RESET of the ELAN Visa account, I accidentally downloaded the transactions into a new account instead of "linking to existing account" . Those transactions appeared in the hidden account when I search for them. I moved the missing transactions to the correct existing acct,
Problem solved, Thanx.

I also have the same problem & it began about the same time frame. I also logged in and exported a .qfx file for the current transactions.
I noticed that Elan has changed the location to gain access to my account, & it is now at a different web address. I looked to edit the location on the On-Line Services tab of the accounnt, but only the User Name & Password are editable. Is there a place to edit the website location Quicken goes to in order to download transactions?

I am not aware of a new URL for signing into to my Elan online account. It is still https://www.myaccountaccess.com/onlineCard/login.do as it has been for several years. This is not where you go to log into your account?
Also, the only place that I know of to add/edit the URL for the financial institution is on the General tab (not the Online Services tab) of Account Details.
Also, if you are using Reminders, the URL can be entered there for "Related website" under Optional Settings.

Duh,
Like the original post, I went back a 2nd time & this time I made sure to link to an existing account; I had missed the 1 letter difference in names of the account. The sync worked fine after this correction.
