CC-800 Error with Apple Bank account.Closed
I'm using Quicken for Windows r60.20.
Error CC-800 when updating Apple Bank account https://www.applebank.com/
I noticed it on 01/24/2025 - no changes in my Windows 10 and no changes in Quicken.
Last time I used Quicken on 1/10/2025 and it was Ok.
I tried to reset the account and I've got the error message that Quicken has problem and it's not my fault.

Thank you for your reply,
Since the CC-800 error is coming up first every time you try to update, lets start troubleshooting this by making a backup of your Quicken file and following these steps from this article to resolve CC-800 errors:

I'm having the same problem. For the past few days Quicken has the same exact errors as shown above. Fixing it (with Quicken suggestions) does not work. It has me log in again to set up the account. And then proceeds not to work and give the same error again and again. Clearly some communication problem. Please fix this.
Thank you for your replies @mbinday and @vaysberg,

Hello @vaysberg,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue! If I'm understanding correctly, the current error you're seeing is the CC-501 "Not your fault" error? If that is correct, the per this article on CC-501 errors, the first troubleshooting step is to wait 24 hours and try again.
Please let me know how it goes!
