DOWNLOADED REMOVED SHARES TRANSACTIONS - HOW TO GET RID OF RED DOWNLOAD FLAG?

I have downloaded a group of "Removed Shares Transactions" and when accepting the transactions I chose the "Shares transferred to another account" option to complete them.

I performed each one individually and each was successful in transferring all investment cost basis data over to the new account and removed the transaction from the old account and is now showing the old account balance as Zero.

The problem I am having is that the old account download Red Transaction Flags have not cleared (disappeared).

Is there another step I need to perform? What is the issue ? and how to I clear the Red Flags?
