Credit card statement amount mismatch

Last August 2024, I raised the following issue:
"On several occasions my Chase credit card statement amount due is a penny off. For example, today the autopay amount downloaded from my bank was $237.56 but the amount due that was recorded 3 weeks ago as per the downloaded statement was $237.55. Am I the only one experiencing this? Is this an known issue?"
Six months later I'm still experiencing it. I've also reported it as a problem through my Quicken software.
Using today's update as an example, Chase sent me an email stating my balance is $XXX.51 and the Bill and Income statement showed $XXX.50. This is not a one-time thing. I don't understand why Quicken can't work with Chase to get this fixed. It shouldn't be that hard. Either Chase is sending the wrong amount or Quicken is mishandling their transaction.

Just reporting an issue here in the Quicken Community may not get the ball rolling towards a fix, I'm sorry to say.
You need to report this issue to Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation
together with a report posted using Help / Report a Problem, to submit log files for problem determination.0 -
I did it 6 months ago.
