Since October/November last year I have been trying to add my PayPal Credit Card Account. Every time I try I get the message "Sorry, we encountered an error it's not your fault". I think in December I saw a post from Jasmine that said Quicken was aware of the problem and it had been escalated. Whatever that means. Like I always say, I just don't understand what these problems can't be resolved in a more timely manner. [Removed - Disruptive/Speculation]
