Voya balance zero

Quicken Mac Subscription Member

While setting up my Voya account shows the current balance, but the displayed balance always shows zero. It seems many people have posted the same problem, and I tried this support suggestion (below) to view 'details view' but nothing changed:

 tab, you should see a tracking method section.

How do I get specific support to be able to use this in Quicken for Mac? TYIA

    Hello @jobdoctor,

    We do have an active alert regarding users receiving a 0$ balance with their Voya account(s). You can access the alert here. I suggest bookmarking the alert for all further updates.

    I am still experiencing this issue. Clicking on "alerts" displays a "Permission Problem - You do have access to do that." Please advise.

    Thank you for adding to this discussion!

    I went ahead and fixed the Alert previously linked by @Quicken Jasmine. You should be able to access it now, and no longer receive a Permission Problem. Note that while the Alert has been marked as closed, the escalation ticket is still open and being worked on. The Alert will be updated again once the issue has been resolved, though we do not have an ETA available at this time.
