Jeanne D'arc Credit Union Lowell MA downloads will not work and no error code

What's the problem with JDCU not downloading the update window shows the update just spinning in the window like it's buffering and is hanging up all other updates . If I remove them from the update everything else goes thru fine. Whats going on?

When did you first notice this issue began? Was there anything significant that happened before this issue started (e.g.: installed new update release, etc.)? Does this only occur when using One Step Update for all accounts or also when using Update Now from within the account register?
Additionally, could you please tell us where your data file is located on your computer? Do you have it saved in a folder located on your local hard drive (C: Drive), or in a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
Last, it would also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Issue Began today 01/31/2025 at 9AM was ok Yesterday. Nothing significant at all, nothing new, just went to update as soon as I got up before 930 when stock markets opened. It happened with one step-up date and gets hung up buffering on JDCU account the little circle keeps spinning, if I uncheck JDCU not to update, all of my other accounts with UBS, Chase, Citi, and others update in like 1-2 mins no problem . The file folder is on my c drive . Ill have to wait a few hours to try again and I'll send it to you.

I did call the Bank and they have entered a ticket also so they may contact you. I can update the account if I go to the bank web page and download the transactions from their web page, that worked the bank had me do that this morning, it's the quicken update that will not update I also tried to reset that account and it does not work either it just keeps spinning.

OK thank you I hope it is soon, I figured it was something at your end the bank had no clue, I hope you get in touch with them and their IT team to expedite this
