T Rowe Price downloads are messed up again - duplicating 12/31/24 transactions!

Problem persists. I did an OSU this morning, and instead of getting yesterday's transaction, I got a duplicate of the transaction from a week ago! I estimate that this problem is 2 months old…no meaningful updates from Quicken, still not showing in the Alerts and Known Issues forum, and no work around.

I too created a new data file for my TRP mutual fund accounts and all transactions download correctly through the end of February. However, that file does NOT update just like my main file. It is the update that is broken.
It is about time this was resolved. Looks like a similar problem exists with other mutual funds.Quicken needs to refund our subscriptions pro rata for the time this has been a problem. I hope others chime in to support getting a refund. Only by effecting Quicken's income will be get a rapid solution to this problem.

38+ years as a Quicken User. I too have been waiting for them to correct this problem with my data file that has 45 T. Rowe Price Traditional and Roth accounts.
I too created a new data file a few days ago for only a few of my mutual fund accounts and all transactions downloaded correctly through the end of February. I made a couple test transactions on those accounts moving funds from one account to another with T. Rowe Price. Next day I did an OSU on that file and same as "donotemailhere989" that file too does NOT update any new transactions just like my other main file with all 45 accounts.
I too would like to see Quicken pro rate our subscriptions and refund the 2 months of no service, or update our subscription to add 2 additional months to it's renewal date!!!!!!!!!!! Over 2 months now to correct a technical issue that was first reported by one subscriber in early January, and now numerous subscribers have slowly been adding their own comments of having a similar issue with T. Rowe Price updating correctly. And the only answer a Quicken moderator has so far is "our team is working on it"!! Where else could you get a job where doing nothing is the norm.
Oh wait for it, I know, apply at Quicken Tech Support they are hiring incompetence. It's just too bad that Quicken is the only program that offers this unique service. Sorry for the rave fellow users in the community, I had to get it off my chest.

Absolutely should receive a credit from Quicken. I find it VERY hard to believe that after 2 months this problem is not resolved. What changed to create this problem in the first place? I want a response with substance, not just that the engineers are working on the problem.

Quicken is downloading my TRP brokerage account transactions but not my TRP mutual fund transactions. For TRP mutual fund accounts only share balance information is downloading. Is there an explanation?

I did a OSU at 10:45PM ET on 3/14/25 and it downloaded TRP transactions - no duplicates. So, there's reason for some optimism that the problem may be resolved. Curious to see what other say.

This morning I had 4 end-of-February transactions, dividends, that had never downloaded. I had manually entered them on March 2. They all were the correct amounts, and reported as "near match" which was correct since their date was Feb 28 (I had Mar 2). So maybe it is fixed? End of March (first quarter) will be the big test!

My transaction for Feb 28th downloaded too. While the 1/31 transaction did not, I'm glad to know the problem might be resolved. Yes it was inconvenient, but for me I only have a few accounts at TRP and was okay with the manual entry until the problem was resolved.

NOT RESOLVED!!!! Something definitely changed after the first of the year. Can Quicken "change control" (if they have this function) roll back to a version before the changes that caused these errors? Some February and March transactions are downloading, but January and February are apparently lost in the ozone — apologies to Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen.

In a related thread, Dejac Dejack (having worked with TRP personnel) reported yesterday the this issue is resolved.
I had turned off updates from TRP. I also had updated my passwords at TRP in the middle of all this so I deactivated and reactivated downloads on all 45 accounts and YAY - this does appear to be fixed! I had been manually adding transactions to Quicken so the older transactions came across as Match or Near Match, and the new ones from this week came in for all applicable accounts.
