    We appreciate you reaching out about this!

    While this is not a feature currently offered in Quicken Classic for Windows, we do have this active Idea post regarding the same topic.

    If you would like to see this feature added in the future, you can go ahead and add your vote by clicking the up arrow underneath the vote count (see example below) as well as a comment explaining how this idea would be beneficial for you.

    Our Development and Product teams frequently use our idea posts in order to improve Quicken and implement new features requested by customers.

    Within limits, you can and have always been able to rearrange some of the columns in your register, but it's a limited selection only.
    Go to Edit / Preferences / Register and look at the first two options.

    Also consider using a two-lines-per-transaction register view if the one-line-per-transaction view is too crowded.
    To toggle between one- and two-lines view press CTRL-2
    Consider removing unused or unnecessary columns like Tags, Amount, etc. to make more space available in the view.
