One Step Update has stopped working / Windows 11, Quicken Deluxe R60.20, build 27.1.60.20

For several weeks, I have been trying to learn the current Quicken Deluxe, to be comfortable enough to upgrade from a 2013 version on another PC; I use a backup file restored from my 2013 version on the other PC to have real data to use, data I know well [I'm a 30-year user of Quicken]. Until today, I have been able to download new transactions from both Wells Fargo and American Express, do reports, do reconciles, etc. Now today, it goes through the motions of downloading, but does not get any transactions that have happened since the last time on 21 Jan. I have read forum items posted by others, and did two (reset my vault, and re-connected to the 2 online accounts], but nothing has helped.
I'm looking for other suggestions.

A couple more things to check.
Make sure that your accounts are still connected to the financial institutions. TOOLS, Account List and look in the "Transaction Download" column across from the account names. What download method is shown in that field for each account?
Going into each of the account registers, what shows immediately under the account name?
Going to TOOLS, "One Step Update Summary", what shows there below each of the Login IDs?
Have you tried doing a data file Validaiton? Or a SuperValidation?

One account that works shows "Yes (Express Web Connect*).
One of the 2 accounts that does not work shows "Not Available". When I edit the account, select the Online Services tab, and set it up, it seems to work, but the OSU Summary window that appears shows it updated, but 0 transactions:

The one that works shows a message "Last downloaded…" [see below] but the ones that do not work show nothing under the account name.

It shows only the 2 accounts that do not work, even though the setup seemed to work fine:
Have you tried doing a data file validation? Or a SuperValidation?
No. Have not read about either of those nor even seen them on menu options.
Any clues in the above additional data that I've provided?
