Why is the issue of Citi card taking so long. It does not sync

Have you received any specific error messages when trying to sync, or does the process simply fail without explanation? If there is an error code, what does it say? Also, when did the issue first start—was it after a Quicken update, a Citi system change, or has it always been a problem? Are other financial institutions syncing properly, or is this only happening with Citi?
