Quicken does not auto reconcile accounts after transaction download and match

I am also having the same problem with all of my accounts.

a. I auto-reconciled once I accepted all the transactions. That is not working.

b. Since they are not auto-reconciled after being accepted, I have gone under to accept the download manually, and it tells me, "No uncleared items to reconcile," even when they are accepted.

I don't mind doing some footwork to fix this, but obviously, this is becoming a more significant issue. My problem happens around the last update or so. I am asking Quicken Support to come up with a fix! It would be greatly appreciated.

    When you get the "no uncleared items to reconcile" when you start a reconcile and there are cleared transactions in the register it is because the "Online Balance date" hasn't been updated and is before the dates of the cleared dates.

    The online balance and its date are downloaded with the transactions, and they are provided by the financial institution. You can tell what the Online Balance downloaded is by first changing one of your reconciled transactions to cleared. This will allow you to start a reconcile. Once the reconcile dialog is up you can select the Balances button, and it will tell you the amount and date. Then you can select done to re-reconcile that one transaction.

    Since downloading the Online Balance and its date is dependent on the financial institution used, you need to provide that for anyone to look into the problem.
