Download Credit Card Balance Due

I have several credit cards which are connected and download transactions into Quicken properly. I have each account set up on AutoPay with the bank, not through Quicken.
Is there a way to download the balance due into my credit card register so that I don't need to manually check the balance on each account and enter it as I do now after the statement closes,, weeks in advance of the due date?
I read about using Bill Reminders but it seems to me that would have Quicken make the payment. If that's the only way to make it work, I suppose I could set up the AutoPay inside Quicken, but how would the balance due be picked up?
Thanks very much for any suggestions!

Hello @starpal,
We appreciate you reaching out!
At this time, there isn't a way to download your balance due directly into your account registers. However, if this is a feature you'd like to see in the future, we encourage you to create an idea post. This way other users who have the same or a similar request can vote on your idea. This allows other users with similar requests to vote on the idea, and our Development and Product teams actively review these suggestions for potential implementation.
As an alternative, you can set up Online Bill Reminders in Quicken. This does not require you to make payments directly through Quicken and allows you to maintain your AutoPay setup with your financial institution. Online Bill Reminders will pull the balance due for credit card accounts, though the amount downloaded (full balance due vs. minimum balance due) depends on the financial institution. Some institutions also offer the option to choose which balance to default to. Additionally, certain financial institutions allow Quicken to download PDF statements, but this varies.
For more information and instructions on setting up Online Bill Reminders, please refer to this support article.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thank you very much for your response. I did create an idea post as you suggested.
Your alternative, described in your second paragraph, is exactly what I would like to do! However, I am having a lot of trouble and confusion implementing it. I only want Quicken to pull the total statement balance due (which is the default for Credit Card Online Bills according to the support article referenced above) then a Reminder transaction to be automatically entered in my registers as a transfer from the account that is set up for AutoPay on the bank website.
Over the past month I have tried numerous times with different credit card banks, with no success. Sometime I see the balance due in Bills & Income, but no entry in the registers of the corresponding accounts. Sometimes I only see "Awaiting Next Bill", despite the due date having come and gone, and a new statement balance being issued.
Thanks for any further suggestions on how I can accomplish this task.

@starpal thanks for following up!
To better assist you further, could you please provide me with the name(s) of the billers you are trying to get set up? This will allow me to check their statuses internally to make sure that they will be able to connect successfully first.
Check back and let us know! Thank you.
