why is there a continuing problem with Chase interface? not downloading, missing items, hanging up,

not downloading, missing items, hanging up, keep reactivating everything fine for one day then hangs up again

I looked through the "Alerts, Online Banking & Known Product Issues" and see no current mentions of Chase. I then did a global search, filtered between 1/1/25 to today, for "Chase" in the community and nothing came up along the lines of your "continuing problem."
This at least suggests that something local to you - internet issues, damaged data file, a corrupted install of the program - could be at work here. Chase these days uses Express Web Connect+ as their downloading method, having abandoned Direct Connect and Express Web Connect as downloading methods. I assume that all Chase Accounts in your file are using that method?
If you've tried to fix this in every way possible you know of then I'd suggest calling Official Quicken Support , allowing for screen sharing, and see if with their guidance you can get this to work.
