Why is my desktop balance different than my online balance?

My desktop balance is as of today 2/22/25 and the online balance is set for today but includes everything that is entered, including payments and deposits not yet made up to 3/22/25

Exactly where are you seeing this? And, in the account(s) do you have reminders, or future dated transactions showing?

Yes, please clarify where you are seeing the wrong balance. Is it at the top right of the main window, or in the left sidebar (or both)?

The upper right should show "Today's Balance" or "Online Balance" above the amount. You may have it set to "Projected Balance", which would include future-dated transactions.

There's a similar setting for the left sidebar. This is in Settings > Sidebar, where you can choose Today's Balance, Projected Balance, or Online Balance.

Thank you. I changed Quicken Web to Today's balance and that fixed all the accounts matching. But TOTAL at the top of the Web version shows $0.00 whereas the Total on my desktop has a correct total.

Actually on the Mac Web version some of the Major Header totals like Investments show 0.00 as does the main total at the top of the sidebar
