The Continuing Saga of Quicken Support Ticket ID: 11282264

Way back in September 2024 Quicken Support helped me track down four failed Quickpays of which I had NOT been notified. Quicken determined that the payment failures and my not getting notified of the failures were all due to a system failure on their part (Ticket ID 11282264). I was encouraged to seek from Quicken a refund for any charges that accrued to my affected credit card accounts, once they were determined. So far so good … fast, conclusive and satisfactory resolution to the Quickpay failures.
Once I determined the late charge and interest charge amounts caused by the Quickpay failures, I sent documentation thereof to Quicken via email (replying to the Quicken Support email that sent me notice of the Ticket ID 11282264 resolution). After months of no reply, despite three follow ups, @Quicken Kristina here kindly pointed out that Quicken Support doesn’t answer emails, only phone calls.
So I called, got a new ticket number 11530858, and an upload link so I could send Quicken my documentation. I uploaded all my files, then a month went by. No communication from Quicken.
Today I called and discovered that, as far as Quicken can tell, no one looked at my documentation, they can’t see the files now (because the link has expired, and there was no notation on ticket 11530858 about what had been done, if anything. No one knows if the files I uploaded were looked at by anyone.
So today I get a NEW ticket number 11607718 and ANOTHER upload link, to resend my documentation. I did this today.
What will happen this time? Can anyone suggest a way that I can make sure this THIRD ticket number is not ignored? I’m feeling like Quicken Classic Support Is one big Catch-22.
